Role
We are looking for a creative professional who is equally comfortable behind the camera as they are in the editing bay. In this role, you will own the entire video production pipeline. You will be responsible for filming product highlights and team interviews, and then transforming that footage into polished, engaging content—with a heavy emphasis on high-performing social media Reels.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that highlights our import/export operations, warehouse logistics, and corporate milestones.
- Corporate Filming: Film professional, executive interviews, and facility tours, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and audio quality in a business environment.
- Social Media & Reels: Conceptualize and produce short-form, trend-aware vertical video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Post-Production: Edit raw footage, color grade, mix audio, and add motion graphics or text overlays to create compelling final products.
- Asset Management: Organize, back up, and maintain a library of video assets, raw footage, and project files.
- Equipment Upkeep: Manage and maintain all camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align video content with broader company campaigns and objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Dual Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as both a Videographer and Video Editor.
- Business/Corporate Portfolio: Demonstrated experience filming in professional, business, or industrial environments. You must know how to make B2B operations and logistics look visually compelling.
- Reels & Short-Form Mastery: A strong portfolio showcasing highly engaging, well-paced social media Reels with an understanding of current digital trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Production Skills: Strong understanding of camera operations
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality videos on tight deadlines.
- Portfolio Required: Applications without a link to a portfolio or demo reel (showcasing both shooting and editing work, including Reels) will not be considered.
