Someone who understands framing. Lighting. Movement. Pacing. Taste.
Someone who knows when to keep it clean, when to let a shot breathe, and when to punch in with intent.
Someone who understands that great content is not about throwing transitions at a timeline or getting a few “nice shots.”

The role
This is a hybrid shooting + editing role.
You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality content from capture to final cut. That means planning, shooting, lighting, and editing content that feels sharp, intentional, and aligned with the brand.
We want someone who cares about the details.
You notice the background before rolling.
You fix the light instead of “making it work.”
You know bad audio kills good footage.
You know pacing can make or break a video.
You know that sometimes the cleanest cut hits harder than the flashiest one.

What you’ll be doing
- Shooting content for client brands and internal projects
- Handling camera, lighting, audio, and overall on-set execution
- Editing videos from raw footage to polished final delivery
- Creating content across different styles, from cinematic brand pieces to social media and business content
- Working from briefs, references, and creative direction while also bringing your own eye to the work
- Making sure the final output feels clean, modern, engaging, and on-brand
- Using sound, music, pacing, color, and shot selection with intention
- Adapting edits for different platforms and formats
- Collaborating with the team to make sure the work is not just good, but strong enough to actually move the needle for the client
What we’re looking for
We’re probably looking for you if:
- You have a strong eye and actually care about composition, light, texture, and rhythm
- You can shoot and edit well
- You understand the difference between content that is decent and content that actually has presence
- You can work across cinematic, branded, social, and business-focused styles
- You know how to make people feel comfortable on camera
- You can take direction, but you also bring ideas
- You care about quality without needing to be micromanaged every second
- You want to keep getting better at the craft
The technical side still matters
You should be comfortable with:
- Video production and camera operation
- Lighting setups and on-set problem solving
- Editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Color grading, sound design, pacing, transitions, and story flow
- Optimizing content for social media platforms
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Managing time well and communicating clearly
