The Perfect Candidate
We are looking for a passionate Filmmaker with hospitality experience, someone who can capture moments with precision, empathy, and style. You’ll be instrumental in bringing our clients’ stories to life through bold visuals, dynamic storytelling, and social-first content.
While your primary focus will be filming, you should also be confident in capturing stills when needed and comfortable editing your own content to a high standard.
You must have a strong background in camera operation, with a portfolio that showcases everything from fast-paced social media videos to documentaries style content. We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the lens, understands lighting and sound as part of a 360-degree production process, and thrives in fast-moving environments both independently and as part of a team.
You’ll start by working closely with our Creative Director to absorb our unique storytelling style, but we’re also looking for someone who can eventually lead shoots, solve problems on the ground, and bring fresh energy to how we capture hospitality.

Your Role
As our Filmmaker, you will:
- Capture and edit high-quality video content for social, branded documentaries, and campaign visuals with an eye for detail and emotion.
- Operate and adapt across Lumix, Canon, and RED systems, using your knowledge of camera fundamentals to consistently produce excellent footage.
- Manage lighting and audio setups for a wide range of shoot types, from controlled studio environments to live hospitality events.
- Work alongside our internal creative and account teams to align on visual direction and ensure each project meets client expectations.
- Be on the ground during shoots, managing gear, adapting quickly, solving problems in real-time, and keeping the creative momentum alive.
- Represent Drink In on set and in pre-production meetings, maintaining professionalism and communicating clearly with clients and collaborators.
- Travel across Ireland and internationally for filming opportunities, from intimate bar shoots to multi-day brand events.
