Real Estate Videographer & Video Editor
KENSINGTON Finest Properties International Dubai are looking for a creative and driven Videographer & Video Editor with proven experience in Dubai real estate content.
The ideal candidate can independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content while bringing their own creative vision to each project. We're looking for someone who understands how to showcase properties, communities, developments, and real estate brands through compelling visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit real estate video content
- Create engaging property tours, lifestyle content, social media reels, and promotional videos
- Develop creative concepts and shot lists based on project objectives
- Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, gimbals, drones (if licensed), and other equipment
- Edit content for social media, digital advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Color grade, sound mix, and deliver polished final content
- Utilize AI tools to improve ideation, editing workflows, and content production
- Stay current with real estate marketing trends and social media best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for the Dubai real estate industry
- Strong portfolio featuring real estate projects
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, storytelling, and pacing
- Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas
- Experience producing content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern content creation workflows
- Excellent communication and time management skills
