Video Producer – YouTube & Short-Form Jobs in Belgrade, Serbia at Tavex Serbia
The question keeping us up at night is “How to be more and more useful to people?”. At Tavex, we believe finance should be more accessible, understandable, and approachable to everyone. That’s why we’re looking for a hands-on Video Producer who can take structured ideas and turn them into high-quality YouTube and short-form video content. This is not just an editing role. You will work with pre-defined ideas, collaborate with internal team members (the people on camera), and own the full execution – from recording to final video.
What you’ll be responsible for:
YouTube
- Work from pre-defined ideas and scenarios;
- Guide internal team members during recording (you are responsible for how the content is captured);
- Ensure recordings are clean, structured, and usable;
- Edit full-length YouTube videos (focus: retention, pacing, clarity);
- Own the publishing process – titles, descriptions, thumbnails (execution included);
- Monitor performance and continuously improve output.
Expected output → 1 video per week (4–5 per month)
Short-Form Content
- Receive scripts in English → quickly translate (AI) and verify/adapt to Serbian;
- Organize and execute recording day/s with internal team members (as people on camera) – batch recording in 1-2 days per month;
- Record, edit, and finalize short-form videos for reels, shorts and TikTok.
Expected output → 8–10 original short-form videos per month
Repurposing & Clipping
- Extract and edit clips from YouTube videos, Media appearences and others.
Expected output → Up to 10 clips per month
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of video editing experience, preferably YouTube-focused (not just visual effects);
- Ability to handle basic video recording and direct people on camera;
- Understanding of what makes content perform (retention, pacing, hooks);
- Fast execution and strong attention to detail;
- Comfortable working across recording, editing, and content production;
- Reliable and structured – able to handle batch production without constant supervision;
- Comfortable collaborating with a remote team and actively improving workflows, production quality, and content performance over time;
- Native Serbian and excellent written and spoken English.
This role is NOT for you if:
- You only want to “edit what you’re given”;
- You are not comfortable directing people on camera;
- You need step-by-step instructions for everything;
- You don’t care how the content performs!
