Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Videographer and Production Specialist to own all on-set
production at Dimois Studio, Riyadh. You will be responsible for capturing all video
content — from short-form social media reels to course recordings and brand
campaigns — ensuring every frame is shot with precision, professionalism, and visual
quality.
You will work directly under the Creative Head and collaborate day-to-day with the
Video Presenter and Video Editor, serving as the production backbone of Dimois’s
entire content operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Set Video Shooting & Production
• Operate camera and capture all video content at Dimois Studio, Riyadh
• Shoot across all content formats:
– Short-form reels and social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat)
– Long-form YouTube and educational content
– Course recordings and structured learning sessions
– Promotional campaigns and brand videos
• Ensure optimal framing, lighting, and composition for each shoot type
• Adapt shooting style to platform-specific and format-specific requirements
2. Equipment Management
• Take full ownership of all Dimois production equipment — cameras, lighting rigs,
audio gear, and accessories
• Set up and break down studio configurations for different shoot formats
• Maintain, clean, and conduct regular checks on all production equipment
• Manage equipment inventory and flag maintenance or replacement needs
proactively
3. Studio Operations
• Manage day-to-day operations of Dimois Studio, Riyadh
• Configure the studio environment for different shoot types and content
requirements
• Maintain consistent technical quality standards and studio readiness across all
productions
4. Production Collaboration
• Take creative direction from the Creative Head on shoot briefs and visual
objectives
• Work directly alongside the Video Presenter during shoots — ensuring smooth,
efficient, and high-quality recording sessions
• Coordinate with the Video Editor for clean, organized footage handoffs —
properly labeled and structured for post-production
5. Production Planning Support
• Assist the Creative Head in translating content ideas into shootable production
plans
• Anticipate production needs, flag constraints early, and proactively propose
solutions
• Support shoot scheduling and day-to-day production logistics
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of professional videography or production experience
• Hands-on proficiency with professional camera systems — DSLR, mirrorless, or
cinema cameras
• Strong knowledge of studio lighting setup, control, and techniques
• Experience with on-set audio capture — boom mics, lapel mics, and studio audio
configuration
• Familiarity with content formats and production requirements for TikTok,
Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Experience across multiple production formats: short-form social, long-form
educational, and promotional
• Ability to manage high-output production schedules with consistent quality
• Arabic language fluency preferred — enables effective on-set communication
and collaboration
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
