Role Description The Video Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end video production, including planning, scripting support, scheduling, and overseeing shoots. The Video Manager will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital video content for campaigns and brand communication. Daily tasks include supervising video editing, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, optimizing content for different digital platforms, and managing project timelines and resources.
The Video Manager will also contribute ideas for new content formats, monitor performance of video assets, and support continuous improvement of production processes.
Qualifications
– Strong expertise in Video Production and Digital Video, including planning, shooting, and overseeing post-production workflows.
– Proficiency in Video Editing with commonly used editing software and familiarity with formats and optimization for multiple platforms.
– Effective Communication skills for collaborating with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
– Solid Project Management capabilities to handle multiple video projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
– Relevant experience in a media, advertising, or communications environment is preferred.
– Ability to provide a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past video work and creative approach.
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to stay updated with video and digital content trends.
