🔦 About the role:
As we look to ramp up our output over the next 3-6 months, you'll be a huge part of helping us level up and grow across all platforms. This will include:
- Deep dive editing long-form content for our YouTube and content for our Instagram pages (Rocket Health & Cancel Stigma).
- Repurposing content from videos for other social media platforms. This would require converting long clips and recordings into short-form clips and reels, which we can use across platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Contributing to both pre-production and post-production to enhance overall video quality.
- You’ll get the chance to be part of our production ops and shoots, supporting how everything comes together end to end.
- Suggesting video ideas in line with the brand.
📜 Skills and Qualifications:
- You have a strong understanding of Adobe Premiere or any equivalent software.
- You can use your initiative to suggest new directions or projects.
- You're able to work to shared deadlines and have content ready to publish when it’s needed, always looking to stay ahead of the game.
- You’re comfortable handling a camera during shoots — framing, basic lighting, and capturing clean footage.
- You have prior experience in a similar role will be preferred – but to be honest, we are all from unconventional backgrounds, and we won’t mind taking a bet on an outlier profile.
