You’ll turn brand content and creator footage into high-performing direct-response videos for e-commerce brands around the world, working closely with strategists and media buyers to bring ideas to life. If you know how pacing, sound, and structure influence engagement and conversions, this role is for you.
Base skills
- Fluent in the Adobe ecosystem. You know your way around Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition and can use them efficiently to craft high-quality edits.
- A brief-driven creative. You’re able to take a concept or brief and transform it into a polished, engaging video.
- A process-minded editor who understands structured editing workflows and can confidently follow, adapt to, and improve standardized production processes.
Responsabilities
- Video editing of direct-response ads for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, AppLovin);
- Working with the creative team to manage revisions of existing videos and conceptualizing new creative ideas;
- Ensuring all videos are completed on time and to a high standard, ready for launch;
- Keep evolving through webinars, trainings, and good old-fashioned curiosity;
- Share insights with the team and keep raising the bar on what great direct-response ads look like.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in video editing;
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Experienced in remote work environments and able to work independently;
- Fluent in English.
