We’re looking for a highly creative Video Editor + Cinematographer who can shoot, edit, and creatively execute performance marketing content at speed.

Role Overview
You’ll own the entire content production process, from shooting videos to editing videos and experimenting with AI-powered workflows. You should be equally comfortable behind a camera, inside an editing timeline, and experimenting with AI tools to create scroll-stopping content.
What You’ll Do
Cinematography & Production
- Shoot high-quality product videos, ad creatives, interviews, founder content, reels, and brand storytelling content
- Handle lighting, framing, camera movement, composition, and audio setup
- Execute indoor and outdoor shoots with a strong understanding of social-first content
- Create visually premium, conversion-focused content for performance marketing
Video Editing & Creative Execution
- Edit short-form videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Marketplaces
- Create high-retention, fast-paced edits with strong hooks, storytelling, captions, transitions, and sound design
- Color grade and edit professionally for premium-looking outputs
- Create multiple ad variations for testing (hooks, pacing, CTAs, versions)
- Use AI to speed up ideation, asset creation, video production, and creative testing
Main Requirements
- Experience with editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop.
- Good understanding of cinematography: framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, storytelling, and audio setup.
- Experience shooting with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, smartphones (iPhone preferred), and creator-style setups.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives; hooks, retention, CTR-driven editing, pacing, and conversion-focused storytelling
- Familiarity with AI video creation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools for video generation, ideation, voiceovers, motion assets, and workflow enhancement
- Strong understanding of audio cleanup, subtitles, sound design, color correction, and color grading
- Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and manage multiple content formats in a fast-paced D2C environment
