We're a couple & honeymoon travel brand (Bali, Maldives, Mauritius) with a fast-moving creative team. We're looking for a skilled editor who can turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping short-form videos that hold a high creative bar.
What you'll do
- Edit social/ad videos for Meta and Instagram — Reels, hooks, package showcases.
- Cut stock, UGC, and shot footage into tight, well-paced videos that match our brand voice.
- Handle the full edit: pacing, captions, music, sound, color, and motion.
- Build repeatable workflows and templates so the craft stays consistent across everything we ship.
- Iterate based on what's performing in our campaigns.
Must-haves
- Strong editing experience with a portfolio (please share reel/links).
- Fluency in standard editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).
- A sharp eye for short-form pacing, hooks, and retention.
- High attention to detail — every cut, caption, and transition should feel intentional.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (captions, voiceover, repurposing) to speed up the workflow.
