🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, quick-turnaround Video Editor who can create premium, Gen-Z–first content: short-form videos, ads, reels, UGC edits, tutorials, brand films, and stylized content across all digital platforms.
This is a fast-paced, design-driven role where you will work closely with the Marketing + Styling teams to shape Stylz’s entire digital identity.
🛠️ Responsibilities1. Content Editing & Creation
- Edit high-quality Reels, shorts, brand videos, and ads.
- Craft aesthetic storytelling using transitions, typography, music, and rhythm.
- Turn raw footage into crisp, modern, scroll-stopping content.
2. Brand & Aesthetic Consistency
- Maintain Stylz's tone: minimal, premium, mocha/black/off-white palette, modern, youth-focused.
- Ensure all edits reflect our core emotion: confidence, validation, personal style.
3. Trend & Culture Understanding
- Stay updated with global & Indian Reel trends.
- Create content concepts that vibe with Gen-Z & Millennials.
- Experiment with formats that elevate brand perception.
4. Motion & Creative Work
- Add motion graphics when needed (text animations, icons, visual cues).
- Work with AI tools to speed up editing, polishing, and enhancement.
- Support launch campaigns, influencer edits, app feature videos, and ads.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with stylists, models, influencers & marketing team.
- Provide creative input on shoots and storyboards.
- Edit at fast turnaround speeds when needed (campaigns, launches, trending moments).
✔️ Requirements
- 1–4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio of Reels, shorts, fashion content, or lifestyle content.
- Expert in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (basic motion).
- Deep understanding of social-first editing styles.
- Ability to craft premium, high-polish aesthetic content.
- Strong sense of color, typography, transitions, and storytelling.
- Fast execution + ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Bonus: experience in fashion/lifestyle/startups.
