We’re now looking for a Video Editor who understands performance and creativity equally well. Someone who knows how to capture attention in the first few seconds. Someone who understands platform behavior. Someone who doesn’t just edit videos, but builds ads that convert.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing engaging long-form and short-form video ads for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Turning scripts into high-impact creatives
- Working closely with writers to craft compelling ad narratives
- Collaborating with marketing and business teams using performance data
- Tracking metrics like CTR, retention, and CPI to continuously improve output
- Optimizing every frame for better engagement and reach
- Using AI video tools like Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, and Vidu
- Working across Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with AI video creation tools
- An analytical mindset — you care about performance, not just aesthetics
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Proven experience creating high-converting video ads for social platforms
