What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing social posts, and marketing assets for clients.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, ads).
- Repurpose and adapt creative content across multiple digital platforms.
- Collaborate with strategists to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Research and apply trending styles, formats, and creative techniques for digital content.
- Work with GRO's AI infrastructure to further AI production of video content.
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Video Production, Media, Marketing, or related field.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Canva, Final Cut Pro, Figma, etc.).
- Portfolio (school projects, freelance, or personal work) showcasing design or editing skills.
- Strong creative eye with attention to detail and brand alignment.
- Interest in social media trends, digital storytelling, and marketing content.
- Organized, efficient, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
