The Role
We're building a video content engine at Phronesis Growth Labs, and we need someone who can run it. This role sits at the intersection of learning content, product marketing, and video production. You'll own the quality, the output, and the people producing it.
If you have a strong creative eye, know what enterprise-grade video content looks like, and can lead a production team without losing your own standards, this role is for you.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end video production for L&D and product marketing programs
- Creative direction and quality review across all content types: explainers, training modules, executive communications, and product demos
- A growing team of motion graphics editors and video producers
- Intake, scoping, and timeline management before any commitment goes to a client
- File systems, version control, and production SOPs that scale
- Feedback loops that make each project better than the last
The Content Space
Our content lives across learning platforms, internal enablement, and GTM programs for Fortune 100 clients. The standard we hold ourselves to: Coursera-credible, enterprise-ready, platform-native. You know the difference between content that looks polished and content that actually lands with an audience.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine creative eye and the instinct to protect quality standards
- Proven background in video content production in L&D, product marketing, or brand content
- Fluency with modern production tools: Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent
- Comfort with AI-assisted production workflows — we use Sora, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Midjourney
- Strong project management instincts and the ability to hold multiple timelines simultaneously
- Experience leading or mentoring a production team, not just contributing to one
- Excellent English communication across scripts, briefs, and client reviews
- Familiarity with instructional content or sales enablement is a strong plus
Schedule & Structure
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET
- Client-facing availability during ET business hours
- Overtime available at 1.5x hourly rate when needed
- Occasional travel for company gatherings (all expenses covered)
