We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Content Creator & Content Writer to produce high-quality video and written content that drives engagement on social media and digital campaigns. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, scripting, and publishing content aligned with our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Plan and execute video shoots for promotional, educational, and social media content.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce professional-quality videos.
- Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Create video scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for campaigns.
- Optimize videos for platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and engagement.
Content Writing
- Write engaging social media captions, blogs, articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Develop video scripts for campaigns, interviews, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligns with brand tone and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan content calendars and campaign schedules.
Creative & Strategy
- Brainstorm content ideas to increase engagement and followers.
- Keep up with trends in social media, digital marketing, and video content.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Maintain organized project files, raw footage, and final content assets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and content writing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience in scriptwriting, storytelling, and copywriting
- Photography skills including lighting, composition, and framing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Video Content Creator or Content Writer
- Experience managing social media content calendars
- Knowledge of digital marketing, engagement analytics, and SEO
- Strong portfolio of video and written content
