Role Description The Video & AI Content Creator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Athens, with flexibility for some work from home. The creator will design, generate, and refine AI-assisted content (such as short-form videos, social media assets, and experimental formats), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative strategy. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers, strategists, and copywriters, optimizing content for engagement and performance, and staying current with trends in video, social media, and AI tools. The role involves managing content pipelines, organizing assets, and contributing ideas to push creative boundaries and elevate brand storytelling.
Qualifications
- Experience with AI content tools and workflows (e.g., generative video or image platforms, AI-based editing, prompt engineering) and an interest in emerging creative technologies.
- Background in content creation for digital platforms (social media, YouTube, short-form video), with understanding of audience engagement, storytelling, and platform best practices.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and translate creative briefs into effective visual and AI-powered content.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Athens, with the flexibility to attend in-person shoots, meetings, and creative sessions as needed.
- Relevant education or practical experience in media, film, communications, design, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing video and AI-enhanced work is highly beneficial.
