Key Responsibilities
- Generate at least 6 high-quality ad creatives per month.
- Plan detailed shoot structures including scripts, shot lists and timelines.
- Direct talents and work closely with videographers during shoots to ensure creative quality.
- Understand customer psychology and trends to create engaging ad angles and hooks.
- Ensure all ad creatives align with brand tone and performance objectives.
- Review ad performance and iterate creatives based on results and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirement:
- Familiar with ecommerce and DTC brands is preferred.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual direction.
- Experience working with videographers and on-camera talents.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong planning and execution skills.
- Experience working in a creative or performance marketing agency is a strong plus.
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (Based on experience and our requirements)
