Overview
We are hiring a VP of Growth to take full ownership of our customer acquisition and revenue scaling strategy.
This is not a channel management role.
This is a hands-on builder and operator role responsible for designing, launching, managing, and scaling a modern paid growth engine across:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- Google (Search, YouTube, Display)
- Bing / Microsoft Ads
- Creative strategy, testing, and iteration
- Funnel optimization (landing pages, CRO)
- Performance analytics, attribution, and measurement
- CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and contribution margin
You will own growth end-to-end.
This role requires someone who can both set strategy and directly manage execution. You must be comfortable being in the ad accounts, driving testing decisions, analyzing performance, directing creative, and making day-to-day optimizations that improve efficiency and scale.

What You'll Own
- Build, manage, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Bing
- Directly oversee ad account strategy, structure, budget allocation, bidding, audience development, and campaign optimization
- Maximize ROAS across channels while balancing CAC, MER, LTV, and contribution margin
- Develop and lead a high-velocity creative testing engine
- Provide clear creative direction grounded in performance data, including hooks, angles, offers, formats, and iteration priorities
- Architect full-funnel acquisition systems (TOF → MOF → BOF)
- Establish rigorous attribution frameworks, reporting systems, and performance measurement standards
- Analyze channel, campaign, funnel, landing page, and cohort performance to identify scale opportunities and inefficiencies
- Drive funnel optimization across landing pages, offers, conversion flow, and CRO
- Hire, manage, and lead a high-performance growth team and external partners where needed
- Work cross-functionally across product, brand, creative, and operations to improve growth performance
- Own growth with a direct, numbers-driven mentality focused on profitable scale
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone who simply manages agencies or reviews reports. We're looking for someone who has actually scaled revenue and is willing to be hands-on in the work.
Ideal background:
- Experience scaling a DTC or eCommerce brand to $50M–$200M+
- Deep expertise managing Meta, Google, and ideally Bing at meaningful spend levels
- Strong command of ad account strategy, media buying logic, analytics, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of creative-led growth and how creative direction impacts paid media performance
- Proven ability to improve ROAS, CAC efficiency, and LTV expansion
- Experience building and managing testing systems across paid media, creative, and landing pages
- Ability to interpret data quickly and turn it into decisive action
- Experience operating in subscription or high-LTV models (preferred)
- Comfortable owning a P&L or growth function end-to-end
- Comfortable directly managing campaigns, performance analysis, and team execution rather than delegating everything outward
