Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic, end-to-end design workflows that challenge today’s best models.
- Grade agent performance in handling complex design scenarios
. - Build scenarios across visual and brand design
, product and UX design
, and content and creative operations
. - Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in visual/brand design, product or UX design, or creative operations.
- Working fluency in at least two of:
wire framing and prototyping (
Figma
, Sketch
), visual design and brand systems, design systems and components, illustration, creative ops and asset management. - Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs.
- Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step.
- Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
- Hourly contractor
