Arsina Beauty (www.arsinabeauty.com) is a bold, body-focused skincare brand on a mission to make body care fun, effective, and impossible to ignore online.
We’re not looking for someone to simply manage social media.
We’re looking for someone deeply tapped into social media culture, someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, start sharing, and become obsessed with a brand.
Your job is simple:
Turn Arsina into the brand everyone suddenly starts talking about.
Who You Are
• A current student or recent grad from a U.S. college or university studying marketing, media, communications, or a related field
• Chronically online in the best way possible
• You spot trends before brands ruin them
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, pop culture, and storytelling
• Experienced in creating TikToks, Reels, memes, visuals, captions, etc.
• Comfortable experimenting, testing weird ideas, and pushing creative boundaries
• Comfortable being the face of content when needed — talking to the camera, participating in trends, and bringing energy/personality on screen
• Confident pitching bold concepts and moving fast
• A portfolio showcasing your content work is a huge plus
What You’ll Do
• Create scroll-stopping TikTok and Instagram content
• Help develop content concepts designed for reach, engagement, shares, and virality
• Experiment with trends, hooks, formats, and audios
• Support content planning and scheduling aligned with our brand voice
• Stay ahead of platform trends, creator culture, and influencer marketing moments
• Collaborate directly with the founders on content direction, campaigns, and growth ideas
• Help shape Arsina into a brand people talk about online
What We’re Looking For
• Someone who understands social media humor and cultural relevance
• Someone who knows the difference between content that looks good and content that performs
• Someone who can hook people within the first 2 seconds of a video

We love people who know how to use AI tools creatively and efficiently to enhance their work, brainstorm faster, edit smarter, and execute better. But we are not looking for someone who relies entirely on AI-generated ideas, captions, or concepts with no original thinking behind them
