About VarionC

VarionC is building a new kind of content engine. Instead of producing one “perfect” ad, we generate and test large volumes of native, feed-style videos to discover what actually works. Our approach is rooted in speed, iteration, and real performance data—not polished production.

We work with brands to create content that blends seamlessly into platforms like TikTok and Instagram, focusing on authenticity, experimentation, and rapid learning cycles. The goal isn’t to look like an ad—it’s to perform like content.

The Role

We’re hiring UGC creators who can produce raw, unpolished, native-style videos at high volume.

This is not traditional influencer work. We are not looking for cinematic, overly edited, or “professional” ads. In fact, we actively avoid that style.

We want creators who can:

– Shoot quickly

– Test different angles and hooks

– Post frequently

– Iterate based on what performs

You’ll be part of a system designed to test many variations and double down on what works.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Creating multiple short-form videos per day (TikTok/Reels style)

– Testing different formats, hooks, and tones

– Producing content that feels natural and native to the platform

– Following loose briefs—but also experimenting beyond them

– Adapting quickly based on feedback and performance

What We’re Looking For

– Comfortable being on camera (or creating POV-style content)

– Able to produce content quickly and consistently

– Open to experimentation and trying different styles

– Not overly focused on perfection or polish

– Good instinct for what feels “real” vs “ad-like”

– Reliable and responsive

Bonus (not required):

– Experience with TikTok/short-form content

– Understanding of trends, hooks, and engagement

What We Don’t Want

– Highly polished, studio-quality ads

– Over-edited, corporate-style content

– Creators who need long production cycles

Compensation

– Base pay per video or batch of content

– Performance-based bonuses tied to how content performs (views, engagement, downstream metrics)
