🚨 Hiring: UGC Content Creator (Short-Form Reels) – For SaaS Product
📍 Remote, India | Contract Role (2 Months)
💰 ₹15,000/month + Performance Bonus
We’re looking for a creative and growth-focused UGC Content Creator to create engaging short-form reels for VisaFriendly.
This role is perfect for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys storytelling, and can create relatable content directly from their real-life environment — whether that’s your home, university, workplace, coffee shop, or daily routine.
🎯 Goal: Create high-performing reels targeted toward international students and job seekers in the U.S.
What You'll Do
- Create 3 reels per day
- Record videos using your own mobile phone + any additional required equipment will be provided, like lighting, mic, tripod, and other accessories
- Create authentic UGC-style content from real environments
- Follow content ideas/scripts provided by the team
- Add your own creativity, hooks, and storytelling style
- Work on content related to:
- International students
- Job search struggles
- Visa sponsorship
- OPT / CPT / H-1B
- Career growth in the U.S.
- Relatable student/work-life moments
What We're Looking For
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable recording yourself
- Understanding of social media algorithms & viral content structure
- Ability to create engaging hooks and retention-focused videos
- Basic script writing / content writing skills
- Consistency and fast turnaround
Good-to-Have Experience
Creating reels for:
- University clubs
- Student organizations
- Events
- Startups or brands
- Understanding of growth marketing
- Experience with UGC or creator-style content
Compensation
- ₹15,000 per month
- 2-month contract role
- 📈 Performance Bonus:
- Additional ₹500 bonus for every 100K views achieved
