Responsibilities:-
- Account Operations & Execution Manage daily TikTok posting and account maintenance for BMAI & COROS to boost brand activity in MY/SG. Maintain a strict content schedule to ensure high-frequency and stable output.
- Creative Content & Trend Tracking Viral Content Analysis: Monitor TikTok trends, BGM, and challenges. Deconstruct viral hooks and apply them to brand content. Campaign Ideation: Develop creative short-form video concepts for new product launches or marketing events.
- Filming & Editing (Hands-on) Independent Filming: Skilled in using smartphones or professional gear for unboxings, sports scenes, product reviews, and athlete interviews. Efficient Editing: Proficient in CapCut or PR. Handle post-production (grading, subtitles, SFX) to create TikTok-native, high-engagement content.
- IG Support & Content Adaptation Support daily Instagram management and community interaction. Asset Repurposing: Adapt and optimize TikTok content for IG Reels (adjusting aspect ratios, pacing, and trending audio) to maximize reach.
- Data Analytics Track views and engagement metrics to adjust creative direction based on audience feedback
Requirements:-
- Experience: 1+ years in TikTok or short-video operations. Background in Sports, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG is preferred.
- Core Skills: Exceptional filming and editing skills are mandatory. Strong "sense of trends" and familiarity with local MY/SG pop culture/slang.
- Qualities: Highly proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced creative environment.
- Language: Fluent in English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
