Accountabilities
You will be responsible for managing and executing high-volume SMS/MMS campaigns while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives. You will support the development of texting calendars, contribute to campaign strategy execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content and messaging workflows. In addition, you will handle client communication, reporting, and performance analysis while identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. You will also assist in onboarding new clients, coordinating campaign logistics, and supporting product or service renewals.
- Produce and manage large-scale SMS/MMS communications across multiple clients
- Support development and execution of texting calendars and messaging strategies
- Coordinate with creative, technical, and client teams to deliver campaign assets
- Provide client support, reporting, results analysis, and recommendations
- Assist with onboarding processes and campaign setup for new clients
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement, expansion, and renewals
- Ensure accurate, timely execution of all texting operations and deliverables
Requirements
You bring experience in digital communications, preferably within political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or nonprofit fundraising environments with exposure to texting platforms at scale. You are comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and have strong writing and communication skills. You understand SMS/MMS campaign dynamics and can collaborate effectively across creative, technical, and client-facing teams. Familiarity with texting tools such as Scale to Win, Switchboard, Tatango, or Mobile Commons is highly valued. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by mission-driven work supporting social impact initiatives.
