Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support the development of a booklet (up to 40 pages) within a 1-month timeline. The role involves transforming structured content into a clean, visually compelling publication aligned with professional corporate standards.
The designer will have flexibility to use industry-standard tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator), with final outputs delivered in formats suitable for print and digital distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout a 40-page booklet/report (10" x 10")
- Translate raw content into clear, engaging visual layouts
- Develop and apply a consistent:
- Typography system
- Colour palette
- Layout grid
- Create supporting visuals:
- Infographics
- Charts and diagrams
- Icons and simple illustrations
- Ensure strong visual hierarchy and readability
- Prepare outputs for:
- Print-ready PDF (bleed, margins, export settings)
- Digital sharing
- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback
- Maintain organised working files and source assets
- Liaising with printing vendor to ensure design compatibility
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication/ Multimedia Design or related field
- 2 years experience preferred
