Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, including concept, development, refinement, and execution.
- Provide daily support in navigating and synthesizing creative feedback, adhering to timelines, balancing priorities, and refining strategies.
- Use graphics design software to create web promotions (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Attend brand meetings to ensure that creative elements are in line with the brand's requirements.
- Brainstorm creative ideas while keeping in mind the feasibility of the requests from a design standpoint.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design or communication design is preferred.
- 6+ years of creative experience, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or advertising industries.
- A strong understanding of layout, typography, shape, and color work is required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
