Position: Technical Developer for Athletic Apparel
Shape innovative athletic apparel with expertise as a Technical Developer. Balance design intent with functionality to ensure a high-quality product that meets market needs.
This position focuses on the fit and technical aspects of apparel development. You’ll be responsible for leading fittings, analyzing garment specifications, and facilitating communication across teams and vendors.
Your role will ensure that the product aligns with both creative visions and practical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage execution of mid to high complexity styles
• Organize work to meet Go-To-Market schedules
• Measure and validate garment specifications
• Lead fitting sessions and communicate changes
• Ensure accurate data in FlexPLM and other systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
• 5-8 years of industry expertise in Technical Design
• Proficient with Adobe Design Suite and PLM tools
• Strong technical communication with vendors
• Comprehensive understanding of fabric and construction
