The Role
We’re working with the luxury-focused talent arm of a well-renowned modelling & talent agency to hire a Senior Talent & Partnerships Manager to lead and grow a premium roster of creators.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong eye for brand alignment and elevated partnerships – managing talent across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, while securing high-quality, long-term collaborations with leading luxury brands.
You’ll play a key role in driving revenue across the roster, while helping shape talent positioning within the luxury space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a roster of creators and talent within the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle space
- Secure and negotiate brand partnerships with a focus on premium and luxury positioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brands, PR agencies, and key industry contacts
- Line manage a team of junior talent managers/campaign executives
- Develop long-term career strategies aligned with each talent’s brand and audience
- Identify and onboard new talent suited to the luxury market
- Lead on campaign delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and brand alignment
- Collaborate on talent decks, brand positioning, and creative direction
- Drive consistent revenue growth across the roster
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience within talent management, influencer marketing, or partnerships
- Proven success at managing & leading a team
- Solid experience working with high-end fashion, beauty, or luxury brands
- Excellent understanding of brand positioning within the luxury market
- Strong network across relevant brands, PR agencies, and industry contacts
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple talent and campaigns
- A natural eye for talent, branding, and cultural trends
