Talent Partnerships Coordinator
This role supports talent-related initiatives across partnerships, events, and activations within a fast-paced media and entertainment environment. This role focuses on talent research, coordination, logistics, and administrative support, ensuring seamless execution across pre-production, live events, and post-production deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The Basics
Duration: 12 Months
Hours per Week: Full-time hours, 40 hours per week
Location Requirements: On-site work required in New York, NY
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in talent management, communications, events, or related roles within a television network or media organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress, and Canva
Other Qualifications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of and interest in the entertainment industry, including talent and content creators
- Ability to work non-standard hours with limited advance notice
Key Responsibilities
- Support talent partnerships, events, and activations across multiple initiatives
- Conduct ongoing talent research and contribute to casting recommendations using strategic, creative, and performance insights
- Track and analyze talent brand partnerships to inform strategy and team resources
- Maintain and update internal and client-facing materials, including talent websites, decks, and project trackers
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries for talent appearances, shoots, and events
- Assist with on-site talent management during productions and live events
- Manage pre-production logistics such as scheduling shoots, voiceover sessions, fittings, and preparation calls
- Support post-production deliverables including payroll processing, social content, appearances, and PR coordination
- Compile post-event recaps including photography and press coverage
- Track budgets and talent-related costs across campaigns and events
- Provide administrative support including calendar management and meeting coordination
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
