Role Description The Talent Co-Ordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports day-to-day talent management activities, including coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining clear communication between artists, internal teams, and external partners. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, managing correspondence, supporting onboarding processes for new talent, and assisting with basic contract and documentation workflows. The Talent Co-Ordinator will help track deliverables, maintain accurate records of artist activity, and ensure a smooth experience for talent across promotion, events, and campaigns. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, self initiative and common sense to engage professionally with artists, partners, and brands etc.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and general office coordination, invoicing.
- Experience or interest in Talent Management, supporting artist relations and day-to-day coordination.
- Ability to assist with Onboarding processes for new talent, ensuring efficient and welcoming integration into the roster.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a music, entertainment, or creative industry environment is highly beneficial.
- Competency with common office software and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management platforms).
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in management, media, music business, or a related field is an advantage.
