Location: Bangalore (HSR) – Work From Office
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working
• Mon–Fri: Work From Office
• Saturday: Work From Home
⏳ Experience: 2–3 Years
💰 CTC: ₹3–5 LPA (based on interview)
🗓 Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to offer rollout)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS trackers
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Drive employer branding initiatives (job postings, LinkedIn hiring campaigns, etc.)
- Support campus hiring and bulk hiring drives when required
Requirements
- 1-2years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High level of ownership and attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Exposure in bulk hiring
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
