About the Role
PT Airindo Sakti is looking for a driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing business across Indonesia. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent, particularly for Sales Engineers and Technicians, to support our operations in the heavy equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple branches in Indonesia
- Focus on hiring Sales Engineers (unit sales) and Technicians to support business growth
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and commercial hiring needs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative channels
- Conduct CV screening and behavioral/competency-based interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, especially for technical and sales roles
- Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes to meet business targets
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen company presence in the talent market
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for Sales and/or Technical roles is highly preferred
- Familiar with interview techniques such as BEI / CBI
- Experienced in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job portals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with hiring targets
- Willing to work on-site
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
