Role:
- Reports into executive leadership and oversees a large portfolio of high-value client accounts
- Responsible for driving overall agency growth, strategic direction, and commercial performance
- Provides executive-level counsel to C-suite clients and acts as escalation point for complex issues
- Oversees and develops senior leadership teams, shaping structure, talent strategy, and succession planning
- Plays a central role in defining agency vision, culture, and external reputation
