Role Overview

We are looking for a Studio & Community Manager who will oversee both content production operations and community management activities across digital channels.

This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of content, including planning, production coordination, publishing, and performance tracking, while also monitoring and managing community engagement across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment where creativity, efficiency, and collaboration are key.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Studio Management

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of content production, from briefing and planning to delivery and publishing.
  • Translate brand briefs into structured creative sprints, project plans, and clear deliverables.
  • Coordinate the production of various digital and marketing assets, including social media posts, key visuals, banners, e-commerce materials, shopper marketing assets, and promotional materials.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other creative contributors.
  • Ensure content is delivered and scheduled across relevant digital platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Support the development of efficient workflows within the content hub.

Community Management

  • Oversee daily community interactions across brand social media channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and questions in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complaints or sensitive issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Track audience sentiment and identify engagement trends.
  • Support the development of strategies to increase community engagement.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and deliver performance and PV reports related to social media engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to content and community engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Present data and findings in a clear and actionable way.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, social media operations, or digital project management
  • Experience working in creative agencies, marketing teams, or digital content environments
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and publishing tools
  • Experience with performance reporting and engagement analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Understanding of creative softwares and GenAI softwares (PSD, AI, video editing, ChatGPT or other LLMs, etc.)
  • Fluent in English
