The Vacancy

We are looking for a welcoming and highly organised Front of House and Administration Assistant to join our London studio. Reporting to the Studio Co‑ordinator, this role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth day to day running of our reception and administration functions.

You will take pride in delivering a professional and friendly front of house experience, managing calls and greeting visitors, while also providing essential administrative support to our architecture and interiors teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and plays a vital role in supporting the wider studio.

Your skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • InDesign and Photoshop are desirable.
  • Good typing speed.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Able to promote a positive image of the company to the customer.
  • Excellent time keeping.
  • Organised with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Previous Receptionist experience on a busy reception desk.
  • Experience of working on a switchboard, efficiently handling a high volume of calls.
