Position: Strategic Broker Events Specialist with Hybrid Work Flexibility
Elevate corporate broker events as a strategic Broker Events Specialist. Manage planning, execution, and performance measurement of impactful events in a hybrid work environment.
This role involves developing and executing comprehensive event strategies tailored to corporate goals. You will coordinate logistics for broker conferences, manage corporate event tickets, and ensure effective communication throughout all phases of events. Reporting to senior management, you will prepare detailed pre- and post-event reports to gauge success and areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual strategic event plan for broker engagements
• Organize and coordinate logistics for broker conferences
• Manage corporate event ticket administration and planning
• Prepare communication materials and presentations
• Conduct on-site management of events
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of event experience in an insurance environment
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong written and editing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in training preferred
