Wehooman Studio is looking for a Story & Content Producer to join our post-production team in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.

What You'll Do
- Watch raw footage from podcasts, interviews, and video content to identify the story within it, the best soundbites, the emotional beats, the narrative arc.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with client briefs and brand objectives.
- Build rough cuts that nail the story before handing off to video editors for visual polish.
- Select and curate footage to maximize narrative and emotional impact.
- Collaborate closely with editors and team leads through tools like Notion and Frame.io.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback throughout the editing process to refine the final story.
- Stay updated on storytelling trends and best practices in video and podcast content.
Who You Are
- You have 1+ years of experience as a Story Producer, Narrative Editor, Scriptwriter, Copywriter, or similar role.
- You have a strong understanding of storytelling principles, narrative structure, pacing, and emotional depth.
- You're comfortable working with English-language content, understanding dialogue, context, and cultural nuances in footage.
- You have basic knowledge of editing software (you don't need to be a technical editor, but you need to navigate a timeline).
- You're a team player with clear communication skills.
- You're detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality work.
- You're always bringing fresh ideas and genuinely love crafting stories.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with podcast or long-form video content.
- Experience developing content ideas for social media platforms.
- Background in filmmaking, documentary, or creative writing.
