Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Store Design Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Store Planning & Design team, reporting to the Global Head of Store Design & Planning.
Such talent will support the Store Design Department in the certification and coordination of furniture vendors responsible for implementing the company’s retail concept worldwide. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines within a fast-paced international environment.
In particular, you will:
- Support the review and approval process for vendor certification materials, including prototypes, samples, finish swatches, materials, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring compliance with the approved retail concept standards.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to assist in tracking development progress aligns with established project timelines, from individual components through full concept implementation.
- Maintain and organize prototype specifications, technical documentation, and drawing libraries to support global implementation across the retail portfolio.
- Produce 3D models, renderings, and visual presentation materials to support concept development, stakeholder reviews, and executive approval processes.
What you will need to succeed
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Interest in retail design, furniture development, and global brand environments.
- Fluent in English
