Known as the Fabergé of footwear and revered for his whimsical artistry and technical mastery, Monsieur Vivier revolutionized the silhouette of fashion with his sculptural heels and timeless creations, worn by style icons including Catherine Deneuve, Marlene Dietrich, Brigitte Bardot, Josephine Baker and Queen Elizabeth II.
Today, under the creative direction of Italian designer Gherardo Felloni, Roger Vivier continues to blend heritage and modernity. Felloni has reimagined the Maison's DNA with a bold, joyful design language—expanding the collections into handbags, jewellery, hats, and waistcoats.
The Marketing Department at Maison Vivier is looking for an intern starting in July for a 6-month internship to support the team in coordinating international events, media activities, and global marketing projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Events & Trade Marketing Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of global events: product launches, client activations, press presentations ; visits and high-profile dinners at Maison Vivier.
- Contribute to the preparation of event toolkits, guest lists, and reports.
- Support with the logistics and follow-up of regional activations, ensuring alignment with the brand image and marketing calendar.
- Help develop and maintain trade marketing materials and seasonal guidelines.
- Support in the preparation of all marketing materials for trade partners such as Galeries Lafayette, Le Bon Marché, Mytheresa, and other key multibrand retailers.
- Assist in the coordination of the gifting strategy — contributing to the creation of the seasonal gifts and ensuring consistent strategy execution across regions
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
2. Global Marketing & Media Coordination
- Support the rollout of the yearly marketing calendar and 360° campaign materials across regions.
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of presentations, reports, and strategic documents for management and regional teams.
- Contribute to competitive benchmarking, media performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Help manage the internal communication flow between HQ and regional markets, ensuring timely delivery of information and materials.
- Participate in media project coordination with agency partners.
3. Project Management & Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day organization of marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage timelines, track deliverables, and assist with project documentation.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and reports for management follow-up.
Profile :
- Student in Marketing Management or Business Administration (Master’s level preferred).
- Strong interest in luxury and brand storytelling.
- Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Dynamic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English; French or Italian are a plus
