Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on creative design and production experience within a similar fast-paced CPG or beauty environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital content creation
- Proven competence in print production, die-lines, and color management for high-quality packaging
- Digital marketing expertise, including web, social media, e-commerce platforms, and "Go-to-Market" campaigns
- Past experience managing teams or direct reports, particularly in overseas or remote settings
