Sr. KOL Strategist Jobs in Jakarta, Indonesia at PT Good Sale Tech
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the KOL team to ensure smooth execution of all influencer campaigns
- Develop and review content briefs to align with campaign objectives
- Oversee and approve KOL content drafts to ensure quality and brand alignment
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure targets are achieved
- Handle and supervise administrative processes (MOU/contracts & invoices)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and improvement strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Creative) for campaign alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing
- Prior team management or leadership experience is required
- Strong understanding of end-to-end KOL management
- Experience in brief creation, content review, and campaign execution
- Familiar with administrative processes (MOU & Invoice)
- Excellent in English, both writing and speaking
