Royal Caribbean Group’s Hongkong Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Sr. Executive, Digital Commerce & Development reporting to Manager, E-Commerce.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior/ E-commerce Executive will be responsible for executing e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to support the company’s direct business growth. This focuses on driving online sales performance through effective site merchandising, campaign execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is proactive, result-oriented, and detail-minded. With hands-on experience across e-commerce operations and digital marketing, the candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and committed to optimizing customer journeys and commercial outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute and continuously optimize e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives to support the growth of the company’s direct business.
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce site merchandising across desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring smooth operation and consistent customer experience across all managed market touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, promotional setups, and content in line with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
• Conduct regular website funnel and performance health checks to identify issues affecting traffic flow, conversion, and customer experience, and coordinate timely fixes.
• Monitor direct sales, bookings, and conversion performance using existing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Support performance tracking against defined KPIs and prepare regular, timely performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for management and internal teams.
• Support campaign planning and execution by aligning on-site merchandising, promotions, and content updates with marketing and commercial calendars.
• Develop and execute social content plans that expand brand reach, strengthen social community engagement, and stimulate cruise travel demand.
• Create, curate, and publish social media content that inspires consideration, encourages interaction, and fosters long-term brand loyalty.
• Monitor social performance and engagement trends, recommending optimizations to content strategy where needed.
• Liaise closely with appointed agencies to manage project scopes, timelines, execution quality, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and creative teams to ensure agency outputs align with business objectives and brand standards.
• Review agency performance and support contract management, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Support photo and video editing tasks when required, ensuring visual assets meet brand and quality standards.
• Support all other direct sales/ event activities and any other duties as required.
