We’re Hiring: Sr. Designer/ Art Director (Creative Agency)

What You’ll Do
- Execute creative work from concept to final artwork across integrated campaigns (ATL & BTL), branding, publications, and digital platforms
- Design for a wide range of materials including marketing collaterals, annual reports, coffee table books, brochures, corporate profile, packaging, social media, website development, etc.
- Translate client briefs into strong visual ideas and compelling creative solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Servicing team to align creative direction with client objectives
- Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients
- Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and creative excellence across all deliverables
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field
- 4–6+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and campaign work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in motion graphics and digital campaigns with Adobe After Effects would
be an added advantage.
- Experience in property-related projects is a plus
- Strong sense of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling
- Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Responsible, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively under stress.
