You bring both creative thinking and executional leadership to projects, helping teams translate concepts into visually compelling work.
- You collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and video teams to ensure that ideas are expressed clearly and consistently across formats and platforms.
- You also play an important role in guiding designers and strengthening the creative quality of the team.
What will you do?
- Lead the visual direction and execution of campaigns across digital and social platforms.
- Translate creative ideas into cohesive visual systems and campaign outputs.
- Ensure high standards of design quality, consistency, and craft across deliverables.
- Work closely with writers and strategists to align visuals with campaign narratives.
- Contribute actively to concept development and creative discussions.
- Adapt campaign visuals across formats such as social media, digital assets, print, and OOH when required.
- Provide feedback and guidance to Art Directors, Senior Visualisers, and Visualisers.
- Ensure timelines are maintained while protecting the creative quality of outputs.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all campaign assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth creative execution.
