Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating visual designs for social media feeds, Instagram Stories, TV media, posters, and banners across 13 brands.
- Design merchandise materials for outlet needs in various formats, ensuring alignment with each brand’s identity.
- Develop and prepare packaging dielines based on outlet requirements.
- Ensure all design outputs are aligned with the brand moodboard and remain consistent with the overall brand concept.
- Work flexible hours, including handling urgent design tasks during weekends if needed.
- Manage the printing process for outlet materials in accordance with established standards and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or creative production, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Freepik, and Lightroom.
- Strong sense of creativity, layout composition, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about branding and visual storytelling.
