About The Opportunity

A fast-growing tech-driven sports engagement platform operating across India, we’re building dynamic digital communities that connect fans, athletes, and brands through live events, gamified experiences, and real-time interactions. Our mission is to turn passive viewers into active participants—leveraging mobile-first experiences, social mechanics, and data-driven content strategies to power the next generation of sports fandom. Role & Responsibilities

  • Curate and moderate fan communities across social platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord) to foster engagement, manage tone, and amplify brand voice.
  • Plan and execute real-time community campaigns around live matches, player milestones, and cultural moments to drive viral participation and user retention.
  • Collaborate with content and growth teams to schedule posts, design interactive challenges (polls, quizzes, AMAs), and track community KPIs (engagement rate, sentiment, UGC volume).
  • Identify and engage micro-influencers and superfans to co-create content and scale organic reach across regional markets in India.
  • Monitor community feedback and trending topics to inform product roadmap, content strategy, and crisis response protocols.
  • Report weekly performance dashboards to leadership—highlighting growth levers, sentiment trends, and community-driven revenue opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Social media moderation
  • Community engagement strategies
  • Instagram Reels/TikTok content planning
  • Discord/Telegram community management
  • Google Analytics
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Sports fan culture (cricket, football, kabaddi, or IPL/BBL/ISL/Pro Kabaddi League)
  • Real-time content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)

Preferred

  • Experience managing influencer communities or fan clubs
  • Basic knowledge of UGC moderation tools (Kwalia, Hive, or similar)
  • Regional language fluency (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi)
