Position: Specialist I, Invoicing and Cashiering Printing Services
The Customer Service Specialist I is knowledgeable in all areas of printing and the following, so that they can consult with customers: wide format printing, design and design programs, billing software such as Quick Books, and other consultation tools. The Customer Service Specialist’s time will be spent working directly with customers, either in person or through email or phone communications. This particular position has an emphasis on graphic design to be able to lay out files to be ready to print.
Qualifications
- Experience with using copiers and printers.
- Experience utilizing the Adobe and Microsoft suites of software.
- Experience utilizing billing programs such as Quick Books.
- Experience working closely with customers and managing their varying behaviors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, cultures, and ethnic backgrounds.
- Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities.
- Positive and friendly approach to people.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Great attention to detail.
- Design skills with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat).
