Your Role
As a Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace. This includes coordinating with vendors, overseeing facility management activities, maintaining inventory and office supplies, supervising housekeeping operations, and providing administrative support across departments. You will also ensure that all office processes, maintenance requirements, and support functions are handled effectively to create a well-organized and productive work environment.
About You
- 2+ years in office administration role.
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workplace functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, repairs, and other operational requirements.
- Oversee facility management activities, including upkeep, safety, and overall office maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and other essential resources.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards are maintained.
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams for seamless business operations.
- Should have good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
