About the role
As a Special Events Assistant, you’ll be part of the action — supporting live campaigns, connecting with people face-to-face, and helping create memorable brand experiences across Nashville. From busy downtown spots to local event spaces, no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities
- Represent client brands at events, pop-ups, and promotional locations across Nashville
- Connect with customers, answer questions, and deliver clear, engaging information
- Support event setup and ensure everything runs smoothly on-site
- Help create a welcoming, upbeat environment that reflects Nashville’s energy
- Work closely with your team to hit daily and weekly goals
- Take part in ongoing training and skill development
